Cancelling an Order Before Delivery
If you change your mind prior to the dispatch of your goods we will refund you the full amount of your order. This does NOT included Made-to-Order Items. Please see our full Terms of Sale for full details. If an item has been dispatched but not yet delivered, simply refuse the item when the carrier attempts delivery. You must inform us in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org that you have refused deliver and the reason. When the item is returned we will refund you minus the original delivery cost, plus any further return cost incurred from the carrier. If your order was subject to ‘free delivery’ you will be charge the standard rate when returning your item. For example, Order Value = £59 Delivery = FREE Refund Calculation: Order Value = £59 Minus - Delivery Carriage = £3.95 Minus - Return Carriage = £3.95 Total Refund = £51.10
Returning an Item After Delivery
You are entitled to return an item for any reason within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at email@example.com with your reason for return and we will arrange for it to be collected. This does NOT included Made-to-Order Items. Please see our full Terms of Sale for full details. We will refund you the cost of your order, minus any delivery and collection costs. If your order was subject to ‘free delivery’ you will be charge the standard rate when returning your item. For example, Order Value = £59 Delivery = FREE Refund Calculation: Order Value = £59 Minus - Delivery Carriage = £3.95 Minus - Return Carriage = £3.95 Total Refund = £51.10 All Items must be returned in the original packaging supplied and must be fit for re-sale. It is your responsibility to pack the item(s) sufficiently to ensure no damage is sustained when returned.
Damaged or Incorrect Item(s) Received
All items of furniture are subject to quality inspections prior to dispatch from the factory. It is rare for an item to arrive damaged. If for any reason your item arrives damaged, is incorrect or you are unhappy with the quality please contact us with your order details firstname.lastname@example.org and indicate the reason. Please inform us within 24 hours of receiving your items and if applicable include photos for us to review. We will review your complaint and contact you with options to resolve the complaint. Where possible we will first seek to repair or replace a damaged item, if this is not an option we will arrange for collection and a full refund. It is very important that you inspect your product upon delivery, as you will be asked to sign a form confirming that it was received in good condition. If you are not happy with the goods when you inspect them, note this on the form and contact us within 24 hours.
How we will Process your Refund
For security reasons we can only return refunds to the original payment method you used to place your order. Typically a refund will take 3 working days to be processed. Refunded to PayPal accounts can sometimes take up to 30 Days. For more information please see our full Terms of Sale.
