You may place orders for item(s) with us by following the process outlined on our site. You acknowledge that by placing an order with us you will be under an obligation to pay for the item(s) in that order. Our order process allows you to check and amend during the checkout stage. We ask that you take the time to read and check your order thoroughly before submitting. You will receive an order confirmation by email, which you may use to double-check your order. If you notice an error you should inform us in writing as soon as possible. The quickest way to inform us would be to email firstname.lastname@example.org Orders may be altered, provided they have not been dispatched or in the case of a Made-to-Order item(s) manufacturing of has begun. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We will send you an email to confirm acceptance this will be in the form of your order confirmation. The contract between you and us will only be made when we send you this email. We are unable to stop an order once it has been dispatched. If you change your mind about your order after this point you can return the item(s) to us in accordance with our returns policy outlined below. When placing your order it is your responsibility to check and determine your full ability to receive the item(s) ordered. This includes ensuring that the item ordered will pass freely into your premises and room of choice, they fit in that room, can be transported through the door of your premises or room, stairs and doorways, and there are no other issues that could make delivery more complicated or impossible. We ask that you keep your contact details you up-to-date so that we can contact you if necessary.
All item(s) ordered are subject to the availability. We work to ensure stock status and delivery times are kept up to date on our website. However as we deal with many suppliers and sometimes information may not have been passed to us regarding changes in availability. Once your order is placed we will inform you should there be a change to the advertised dispatch time. We will also inform you should a delay occur, however we cannot be held liable for delays caused by our suppliers or manufacturers. If we are unable to supply you with a item(s), for example, because the manufacturer is out of stock or because of an error in the price, we will inform you of this by email and refund any payment you have made for this item.
Item Images, Sizing and Specifications
Images of the item(s) on our site are for illustrative purposes only. Despite making every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer will display the colours accurately or reflect the colour of the item(s). The item(s) that are delivered to you may vary slightly from those images. Although we have made every effort to be as accurate as possible, the measurements indicated including weights, dimensions and capacities shown on our site are approximate. Most items of furniture are sold fully assembled, however on occasions certain pieces will need minimal assembly, this has been deemed fit to protect the item in carriage. All items requiring assembly will have instructions included. If for any reason they do not have instructions provide, contact us so we can forward them on to you as soon as possible.
Made to Order Items
Made to order items are made to the specification listed on the item page. Where indicated measurements can be altered on most items, but please ask for details as the price will change by approximately 30-50% We will not accept any liability for any extra costs incurred by you as a result of incorrect or incomplete measurements or information supplied to us, or minor alterations made by the supplier. A wide range of the furniture sold by ourselves is ‘made to order’ on these items we are unable to offer a full refund should you change your mind after ordering. Cancellations of ‘made-to-order items with incur a 50% cancellation fee. This will be passed to the manufacturer as a re-stocking fee. If an item has not yet been placed into production with the factory we will, in most cases, be able to offer a reduced cancellation fee of 20% and where possible we will try to offer the full refund.
The price of any item will be as quoted on our site, except in cases of obvious error. The price of any item may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any order we have agreed and accepted. The price of all item(s) includes VAT (where it applies) but excludes delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due. To see the relevant delivery charges for an item, please refer to our delivery page. Although unlikely, due to the large number of item(s) sold on our site, it is possible that some item(s) listed may be incorrectly priced, despite our reasonable efforts. We will check prices when processing your order. Where an item's correct price is less than our stated price, we will inform you and charge the lower amount. Refunding the difference immediately. Where an item’s correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, we will inform you and give you the option to pay the additional amount and proceed with the order or offer you the option to cancel. We are under no obligation to provide the item to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you an order acceptance, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and can reasonably been recognised as incorrect.
We will take full payment for all item(s) along with the any delivery charges applicable to your order. All payments will be processed via PayPal, you maybe directed away from our site in order to process a payment.
Currently we offer deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom and Ireland. If we are able to offer international delivery on a product this will be indicate on the item’s product page. An estimated delivery date will be advised either at the point of purchase or confirmed by email shortly after. We make every reasonable effort to ensure your item(s) are delivered within the estimated timescales, however we cannot guarantee against delay due to unforeseen issues in manufacturer or by a third party delivery partner. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date, we will contact you with a revised estimated delivery date. Any changes made to the content of your order may have an impact on the delivery date, where an order is altered we will provide a new estimated delivery date. Your delivery will be completed when we deliver the item(s) to the address supplied by you. If no one is available at your address to take delivery, we will leave you a note with information about how to rearrange delivery. Large items will be pre-scheduled for delivery so you can ensure you are home to accept. If you are unable, for any reason to accept delivery on the confirmed delivery date arranged or we are unable to deliver the goods due to there being no safe means of access to the place of delivery we shall be entitled to charge you for the aborted delivery. Redeliveries will be charged and will require payment in advance of the goods being re-scheduled for delivery. It is your sole responsibility to ensure the item(s) you have ordered will fit into your property. Should a delivery fail for this reason you will have the choice to except the item at that point or to return the item and make arrangements to have the item redelivered once you have addressed the problem that resulted in a non-delivery. All additional costs incurred from a failed delivery and any re-deliver costs will be chargeable to you. You are responsible for providing a safe means of access from the public highway to the place of delivery. If our chosen carrier considers that access is unsafe they we will not deliver the goods until safe access is provided. If our carriers accidentally damage goods in the course of delivery our liability for that damage is limited to the repair, replacement or refund of the goods or the value thereof. Time of delivery is not of the essence in these terms and conditions. We will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable delay or delay due to unforeseen circumstances outside of the reasonable control of www.beyondhome.uk or any reasonable rescheduling of delivery. We only guarantee delivery to the front door. Delivery to any other point is at the discretion of the driver and we do not accept any liability for damages to the item(s) or your property caused past this point.
Risk and Title
Ownership of the item(s) will pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the item(s), including delivery charges. The item(s) will be your responsibility from the time of delivery.
Cancellation, Returns and Refund Policy
We are sure you will be happy with everything you have bought from us, if for any reason you are not, you can return the item(s) to us in accordance with the returns policy described in this section. You have a legal right to cancel the contract between you and us within 14 days of delivery. This excluded ‘Made to Order’ items. Please refer to the ‘Made to Order’ section above. The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day you or a third party acting on your behalf (excluding the company that delivers the item to you) takes physical possession of the item(s) you have ordered. Where multiple item(s) make up one order or an item is delivered in separate parts, the cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day you or a third party acting on your behalf (excluding the company that delivers the item to you) takes physical possession of the last item or part. You must inform us of your decision to cancel by making a clear statement in writing by post or email, preferably email. You can use the following email to contact us email@example.com if you do not receive an acknowledgment to your email within 24 hours, please resend and contact us by telephone to ensure we it has been received. Please ensure you state any order numbers and clearly identify if you wish to cancel the complete order or part of the order. Once cancellation is agreed we will refund all payments received from you, excluding the cost of delivery should the item of been dispatched, any return cost incurred and any cancellation fees applicable. ‘Made to Order’ items will be refunded less any cancellation fees. Please refer to the ‘Made to Order’ section above for full details. As a general guide refunds will be made within 14 days of the date the item(s) are received back into stock. If items have not yet been dispatched the refund will be made within 14 days of confirmation of cancellation. We may withhold your refund until we have received the item(s) back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the item(s), whichever is the earliest. We will refund you using the payment method used for the initial transaction unless we have expressly agreed otherwise. You are liable for any diminished value of the item(s) resulting from the unfair/unreasonable wear and tear of the item. We will make a deduction from any reimbursement (you are entitled to from us) for such loss in value of any item(s) we supply. We will not accept any returns (including damaged items) on self-assembly items which have been assembled - please fully check your item prior to assembly.
Return of Faulty or Incorrect Goods
If you are returning the item(s) to us because they are faulty or incorrect, we will refund the price of the item in full; any applicable delivery charges, and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us. As a consumer, you will always have legal rights in relation to item(s) that are faulty or not as described. These legal rights are not affected by our returns policy or terms and conditions of sale. If the items you receive are incorrect, damaged, or in the event that you discover a defect for which you require compensation or other remedy, you must report the defect within 7 days of the date you receive them. We will require you to email images/photos of any damage or defect within the 7 working days and before any return, refund or replacement is carried out. Please keep the items purchased in the same condition that they were received and retain the original packaging in the condition it was provided. We reserve the right to refuse return of items should the original packaging not be available to allow the safe return via our carriers. If we receive the goods back with us and they are damaged due to them not being repackaged sufficiently in their original packaging we will charge you for the reduction in value. Should it be deemed impractical to offer a replacement, redelivery or re-selection of any damaged or faulty items we reserve the right to offer an allowance against a repair, or alternatively a refund for your purchase. We will refund you using the payment method used for the initial transaction unless we have expressly agreed otherwise.
How to return the Item(s)
You must return item(s) to us as soon as reasonably practicable. We will collect the item(s) from the address to which they were delivered. We will contact you to arrange a suitable time for collection. Unless the item(s) are faulty or were not delivered as described, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us including the cost of us collecting the item(s) from you. You must take care when opening packaging that the item(s) were delivered in and carefully re-pack the item(s) in the original (or similar) packaging prior to returning the item(s) to us.
Promotions and Competitions
From time to time, we may run sales promotions or offer other incentives (“promotions”) to purchase particular item(s) from us. The length of time the promotion runs for, the conditions for qualifying for the promotion and the item(s) which will be subject to the promotion will be set at our discretion. Where different terms and conditions (from these Terms and Conditions of Sale) apply to the promotion we will make them available to you before you purchase any item which is subject to the promotion. From time to time, we may run competitions on our site. The length of time the competition runs for, the conditions for entry to the competition and the prizes for winning or taking part in the competition will be subject to our discretion. We will make the rules of any competition we run available to you before you participate in the competition.
Gift Vouchers And Discount Codes
Gift vouchers can only be purchased online through our site. You may choose to: (i) have the voucher emailed to the recipient on a pre-determined date of your choice; or (ii) print the voucher yourself. Should you need to re-send or re-print the gift voucher, this can be done through 'your account' on our site. Vouchers are valid for one year from the date of issue and cannot be extended. Only one discount code can be applied to any one order, this includes any promotional codes or offers. The value of any gift voucher you use will be deducted from the total cost of your order. If any balance remains to be spent from the gift voucher, it can be used on a future order. There is no minimum spend required and the gift voucher can be redeemed against any purchase including delivery charges. Gift vouchers can be purchased in fixed denominations from £25 to £200. Vouchers received as part of our refer a friend scheme must not be posted on consumer forums as they will be immediately invalidated. You cannot use your own refer a friend voucher to generate rewards. Any instance of this will result in the cancellation of that customer's rewards. Events Outside our Control
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control including acts of god, fire, flood, severe weather, explosions, war (whether declared or not), acts of terrorism, industrial disputes (whether or not involving our employees), or acts of local or central Government or of any other competent authorities.

Each of the paragraphs of these terms and conditions operates separately. If any court or any other relevant authority decides that any of these paragraphs are unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale setting out the written terms of our contract with you for the purchase of the item(s). If part of these Terms and Conditions of Sale cannot be enforced then the remainder of these Terms and Conditions of Sale will still apply to our relationship.
Updates to Terms And Conditions
We may modify or update these terms and conditions from time to time for reasons including: (a) changes in how our business operates; (b) changes in the legal or regulatory requirements that we must comply with; or (c) changes in how we accept payment from you. Every time you order item(s) from us, the terms and conditions in force and available on our site at the time will apply to the Contract between us.
Rights of Third Parties
Any Contract made between you and us is only made between you and us. No third party will have any rights to enforce any of its terms.
Transfer of our Rights
We may transfer our rights and obligations under our contract with you to another organisation, and we will do our best to notify you if this happens, but this will not affect your rights or our obligations under the contract.
Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by English law. This means that a Contract for the purchase of item(s) made through our site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it will be governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
