Areas we Deliver to
At present we are able to offer delivery throughout the UK covering most mainland postcodes. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Islands and specific postcodes in remote areas incur an additional cost. For example, HS, IV, KW, PH, AB, DD, PA, BT
Non-Furniture Items: Orders up to £50 - £3.95 Orders above £50 – FREE Furniture Items: Orders up to £200 - £39.95 Orders above £200 – FREE
All dispatch times are estimated on the product pages. Non-Furniture: Items in stock at the time of order will be processed and sent within 1-3 working days. Where possible we will send on a Next Day Delivery Service. If an item is out of stock at the point of order will inform you of the estimated date of re-stocking. Once in stock we inform you and dispatch within 1-3 working days. Furniture: Deliveries will be pre-scheduled. The carrier will contact you on our behalf to book the date and approximate time. Items in stock will generally be delivered within 7-10 workings days from date of order. If an items is out of stock will inform you of the estimated lead-time either on your order confirmation or by a follow up email. Made-to-Order items will have an estimated lead-time shown on the product page prior to order. We will confirm this lead-time as part of the order process. Should there be a dramatic difference in lead time we will contact you to confirm you are still happy to proceed with the order prior to instructing the factory to start manufacturing.
Changing your Delivery Address
You may change your delivery address up to 48 hours prior to a pre-scheduled delivery. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order reference and updated details. You will receive an acknowledgement from us to confirm we have changed the details, if you do not please contact by telephone to ensure we have received your email. If an item has already been dispatched we will be unable to change the delivery address. If the delivery fails and is returned, you may incur a re-delivery charge.
Tracking your Delivery
Non Furniture: Once your items have been dispatched we will provide you with a tracking number and name of the parcel service used. Furniture: Once you have been contacted by the delivery company to arrange your delivery you will have access to there tracking system to keep a check on your delivery progress. Details of how to access this service will be forwarded to you in an email from the delivery company.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure there is sufficient access into your property. Please consider most items of furniture will arrive full assembled. Our delivery team is responsible for delivering to the front door of your property. They will deliver into your room of choice, but will not be liable for any damages to the item(s) or your property.
Items requiring Assembly
Some Items may require simple assembly, this is not included as part of the delivery service, however by prior arrangement we can offer this at an additional cost.
